I’m so glad you’re here.
Life isn’t always easy, and growing up comes with its own unique set of stressors—anxiety, pressure, friendships, big emotions, identity, school stress, or just feeling stuck. You don’t have to go through it alone.
My goal is to create a space where you (or your child) feel safe, seen, and supported. A place to talk honestly, build tools, gain clarity, and grow confidence—at your own pace and in your own way.
You’ve already taken a brave first step by being here. I’m here to walk with you through the rest.
In our sessions, I create space for real conversations—free of pressure or judgment. I’ll meet you where you are and help you make sense of what’s going on, whether that means talking things through, exploring creative tools, learning coping skills, or building confidence in yourself.
For parents and caregivers: I work collaboratively with families to support growth while honoring your child’s voice and experiences. I know how important it is to feel that your child is not only safe in therapy, but also truly understood.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, mindfulness, play-based methods (for younger kids), and social-emotional skill building. But most of all, I focus on building a strong, trusting connection—because that’s where meaningful growth begins.
