Insurance Information

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. While this means payment is made out-of-pocket, it also comes with some benefits—like greater privacy and more control over the direction and length of our work together.

If you have a PPO plan, your insurance may reimburse you for out-of-network services. I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes service codes and my license information—which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.

I recommend calling your insurance company to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits. Payment Options

I accept cash and all major credit cards, debit cards, and payments through my secure website. 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge for the full session rate.
