I’m excited to share that I’ve been a counselor for 21 years—19 of those in schools, and the last 2 in a clinical setting. Moving forward, I’ll be working in both environments, combining my love for counseling in multiple spaces.
I’ve always been energized by people. I love hearing the stories that shape who you are, and I’m honored when someone trusts me enough to share them. If you’ve landed on this counseling site, something sparked that decision—and I’d love to walk alongside you as you explore that spark further.
I ask a lot of questions, because I genuinely care. I believe everyone has a story worth telling—past, present, and future. Whether we’re talking about your goals, challenges, fears, or the things that bring you joy, I’m here to listen, support, and help guide the next step.
As a mom of three, I understand the ups and downs of parenting—the beauty, the struggle, and everything in between. I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, taken the trainings…and still, I’m learning every day. I use the same strategies I share with clients, and like everyone, I stumble, get back up, and keep growing.
I consider myself a lifelong learner—always reading, researching, and staying curious. If I don’t know something, I’ll do my best to find it. I’ll encourage you to be kind to yourself, stretch outside your comfort zone, and explore new tools, perspectives, and paths.
I was born and raised in Cleveland and have worked here ever since. In my space, you’ll find zero judgment—just empathy, encouragement, and belief in your ability to grow and move forward.
I can’t wait to learn your story. I want to know what matters most to you—your values, your strengths, your regrets, your goals, your bucket list. We’ll process together, and we’ll persevere together.
xoxo,
Sarah
